Unlike other polyurethane coatings that may not stand up to the extreme temperature and wear and tear of heavy use. Our super high gloss polyurethane finish is both chemical and stain resistant, looks great, and is easy to apply.
Heavy Duty Residential/Industrial Strength Advanced Resin Technology - Our wood floor coatings are high strength moisture-cure polyurethanes that are designed specifically for durability and lasting quality.
COVERAGE: Approximate coverage is 300 square feet per gallon, and recommended thickness of will require 2 full coats. Material losses during mixing and application will vary and must be taken into consideration. Expect less coverage on bare, rough or unsealed surfaces.
To figure out the amount of Crystal Clear you will require: Length x Width of wood floor surface = square footage x 2 (2 coats) divided by 300 square feet = gallons needed.
SUGGESTED USES: To be used on bare wood floors for a natural look or as a Final Clear "Topcoat" over almost any solvent-based paint or coating for extra protection. Highly recommended for interior wood surfaces and anywhere a rugged residential or industrial coating is needed.
LIMITATIONS: Do not apply if material, substrate or ambient temperature is below 45 degrees F or above 95 degrees F.

VISCOSITY AT 75 DEGREES F (24 DEGREES C): 70-80 KU
AVERAGE DRY TIME: Dries to touch in 24 hours. Lower temperatures & higher humidity will slow down dry times. Second can be applied within 24 hours. Foot traffic can be resumed within 48- 72 hours after applying second coat.
RECOMMENDED REDUCER: Product is intended to be used as packaged with no thinning necessary.
RESISTANCE TO: Chemicals resistance, abrasion, oils, grease, rust, corrosion, mildew, chipping and fading.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Wood surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned with a mixture of TSP (Tri-Sodium Phosphate) and water. After cleaning allow surface to completely dry for a minimum of 24 hours before beginning paint application.
APPLICATION: Brush or roller. Roll: 3/8" nap mohair or lambskin roller. Keep roller wet. Roll in one direction, rewet, then cross roll. Second can be applied within 24 hours. Foot traffic can be resumed within 48- 72 hours after applying second coat.
